“Invisible Matters” closing ceremony NEW

On Wednesday, March 16th, 2016, the Consulate General of Japan collaborated with the University of Aberdeen to present a lecture by Dr Jennifer Clarke on how art and anthropology can encourage us to rethink the reconstruction efforts that still continue in Tohoku, 5 years after the triple disaster.

The lecture also marked the end of the ‘Invisible Matters’ art exhibition by artists Dr Clarke, Kate Thomson and Hironori Katagiri.
