Report: Lecture on Fukushima

On 15th March, two researchers spoke about the recovery of Fukushima’s environment following the Great East Japan Earthquake. The lecture was held at the Aberdeen Science Centre in collaboration with Robert Gordon University.
Dr Alan Cresswell of Glasgow University spoke about his research regarding the radiation levels in Fukushima.
Dr Leslie Mabon of Robert Gordon University introduced his research and showed that the marine products of Fukushima are now safe.
An active Q&A session was held after the lecture, and it provided an excellent opportunity for the audience to get accurate information about the current situation in Fukushima.
