Consul General’s courtesy call on Fiona Hyslop Cabinet Secretary for Culture, Tourism and External Affairs for the Scottish Government

On 15th November 2018, Consul General Takaoka paid a courtesy visit to the Scottish Government’s Cabinet Secretary for Culture, Tourism and External Affairs, Fiona Hyslop. They discussed the Cabinet Secretary’s visit to Japanese cities such as Tokyo and Nagasaki, and exchanged views on deepening relations and cultural ties between Scotland and Japan.
