On 27th November 2018, Consul General Nozomu Takaoka paid a courtesy visit to the Lord Provost of Edinburgh, Mr Frank Ross. Noting Edinburgh’s diverse culture as well as its high educational standards, they agreed to further strengthen bilateral cultural and economic relations.
