Consul General’s courtesy call on Mr Bill Bowman MSP at the Scottish Parliament

On 9th January 2019, Consul General Nozomu Takaoka paid a courtesy visit to Mr Bill Bowman MSP at the Scottish Parliament. Mr Bowman is a member of the Cross-Party Group on Japan which was established recently to help promote relations between Japan and Scotland. They agreed to further strengthen bilateral cultural and economic relations between the two countries.
