Consul General’s courtesy call on Mr Liam McArthur MSP at the Scottish Parliament.

On 10th January 2019, Consul General Nozomu Takaoka paid a courtesy visit to Mr Liam McArthur MSP at the Scottish Parliament.  Mr McArthur   is from the Orkney Islands. They agreed to further strengthen bilateral cultural and economic relations between the two countries, especially to promote the events in Scotland concerned with the Rugby World Cup 2019.
