On Tuesday 19th March, Consul General Nozomu Takaoka met and exchanged views with the Minister for Public Health, Sport and Wellbeing, Mr Joe FitzPatrick MSP. With the 2019 Rugby World Cup being held in Japan this year, they agreed upon the importance of deepening exchanges between Japan and Scotland through sports.
