Meeting with members of the Cross Party Group on Japan (1st August 2021)

On the eve of his departure, Consul General Nozomu Takaoka invited key members of the Cross Party Group on Japan to his residence and praised the work of the council, which was established after his arrival and has been active for the past three years.
The members of the cross-party group expressed their wishes to continue to promote exchange and cooperation with Japan.
The meeting was chaired by convener Dean Lockhart MSP. The group members include Liam McArthur MSP, Maureen Watt MSP, Pauline MacNeill MSP, Colin Smyth MSP, Alexander Stewart MSP.
