The annual conference of the Scottish Society for Art History was held.

On the 10th and 11th of February, Consul General Tadashi Fujiwara attended a conference held by the Scottish Society for Art History at the National Museum of Scotland. The theme of this year's meeting was "Japan and Scotland", and starting with an online keynote speech by Professor Yoshihiro Miki of the National Museum of Japanese History, 16 people gave presentations about the impact of Japanese art on Scotland in 6 sessions over a two-day period.
The conference was also available to join online, and more than 200 participants gave great applause to the research accomplishments on Japanese art.
