Visit with the Lord Mayor of Newcastle Habib Rahman (18th March)

Consul General Tadashi Fujiwara visited the Lord Mayor of Newcastle Habib Rahman on the 18^th of March. Today, Newcastle, which was formerly the centre of a thriving coal mining industry, accounts for a large proportion of the migrant population. They discussed the importance of community cohesion in this period of recovery from COVID-19.
