Signing of book of condolence for former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe by Mr Neil Gray MSP, Minister for Culture, Europe and International Development (12th July 2022)

On the 12^th of July, Minister for Culture, Europe and International Development and Minister with special responsibility for Refugees from Ukraine, Mr. Neil Gray MSP visited the Consulate to express condolences regarding the passing of former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on behalf of the Scottish government. Signing the book of condolence, Mr. Gray also presented a letter from First Minister Nicola Sturgeon addressed to Consul General Tadashi Fujiwara to lament the demise of the former Prime Minister Abe.
