Consul General Fujiwara with the Secretary of State for Scotland, the Rt Hon Alister Jack
On February 23, Consul General Fujiwara attended a reception hosted by The Right Honourable Alister Jack, Secretary of State for Scotland, at Queen Elizabeth House.
At the meeting, Consul Generals from the Consular Corps in Scotland as well as senior officials from the Scottish Office attended the event, and consuls were able to deepen exchanges with Secretary Jack. Consul General Fujiwara and Secretary Jack exchanged views on the recent visit of Her Majesty the Emperor and Empress to the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, as well as on exchange between the UK and Japan.
