On March 6, Consul General Tadashi Fujiwara attended a reception hosted by Mr. Neil Gray, Minister for Culture, Europe, and International Development, and Minister with special responsibility for Refugees from Ukraine. The reception was held on the occasion of a gathering of senior officials from the Scottish Government responsible for external relations and Scottish Development International, the trade and inward investment agency arm of Scottish Enterprise.
