Meeting with the Chief Executive of Highlands and Islands Enterprise (29 April 2024)

On 29^th April, Consul General Fujiwara visited Mr Stuart Black, Chief Executive of Highlands and Islands Enterprise. They exchanged views on a wide range of topics, including trends in direct investment in the Highlands and the relationship between Japan and the Highland region, particularly the construction of a plant by Sumitomo Electric Industries. In light of this, they agreed to continue to cooperate closely in the future.
