Courtesy call on Richard Lochhead MSP, Minister for Business

On 20 May, Consul General Katsutoshi Takeda paid a courtesy call to introduce himself as the new Consul General to Richard Lochhead MSP, Minister for Business, who visited Japan last month to take part in Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai. During their meeting, the Consul General and Mr Lochhead exchanged views on the Minister’s activities during his visit to Japan, the "PHASE 2025" games festival to be held in Edinburgh in September, and ways to further deepen cooperation between Japan and Scotland by capitalising on the momentum of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.
