Courtesy visit to the Principal and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Highlands and Islands, Prof Vicki Nairn

On Friday 4 July, Consul-General Katsutoshi Takeda visited the University of the Highlands and Islands in Inverness and paid a courtesy call on Professor Vicki Nairn, Principal and Vice-Chancellor of the University. They exchanged views on a wide range of topics, including the university's activities and collaboration between the university and Japanese companies operating in the country. Both agreed to continue to work closely together in the future.
