Reception Hosted by First Minister John Swinney for the Consulate Corps in Scotland

On Monday, 8th December, Consul General Katsutoshi Takeda attended the annual Consular Corps Reception hosted by the Rt. Hon. John Swinney MSP, First Minister of Scotland
The reception was attended by First Minister Swinney, the Rt. Hon. Alison Johnstone MSP, Presiding Officer of Scottish Parliament, and the Rt. Hon. Angus Robertson MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Constitution, External Affairs and Culture, allowing for the opportunity to further exchange with the Consular Corps. Consul General Takeda exchanged views with Scottish government ministers, including First Minister Swinney, on cooperation between Japan and Scotland, including on recent investments from Japan in Scotland.
