On Saturday 14th March, Consul General Takaoka attended the graduation ceremony of the North East England Japanese Saturday School. In his address, he congratulated the pupils on their graduation.
He further encouraged everyone to treasure these memories and continue making the most of their experiences at this school, as he hopes that this young generation will help to strengthen the link between Japan and the UK.
