下記日程で予約システムのメンテナンス作業が行われます。この時間帯はご予約いただけませんので、ご了承ください。

下記領事手続きについて、オンラインによる来館予約をご利用いただけます。

● 各種証明書（運転免許証抜粋証明、出生証明、婚姻証明等）
● 警察証明書
● 届出（出生、婚姻等の戸籍関連の届出、国籍喪失等の国籍関連の届出）
● 在外選挙
● 査証（外国籍者の日本入国のためのビザ）、再入国許可延長
● 国外マイナンバーカード
注）JRパス購入の為の在留届写し申請手続きは「その他証明」枠をお選びください。
注）在留証明や署名証明を申請される方は、ご予約フォームの照会事項欄に証明書の使用目的をご記入ください。
注）上記以外の領事手続きをご希望の方は当館までお問い合わせください。
＜注意＞
・「予約内容確認」画面で「登録／Register」ボタンを押されるまで、予約は完了しません。完了後、予約確認メールが送信されます。
・予約は来館日の前日から2週間先までご利用いただけます。当日の予約はできません。※詳しくは下記「利用規約」をご確認ください。

Details of Online Appointment Booking System
Scotland and the following council districts in the north of England: County Durham, Cumberland, Darlington, Gateshead, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Newcastle upon Tyne, North Tyneside, Northumberland, Redcar and Cleveland, South Tyneside, Stockton-on-Tees, Sunderland, Westmorland and Furness
The online appointment bookings are available for the following consular services.
● Visa for non-Japanese nationals to enter Japan, Re-entry permit extension.
One slot for one visa application only. If there are more than two applications to make at the same time (e.g. family, friends, etc.), please contact us by telephone or email.
● Japanese Passport
● Residence Certificate
● Signature Certificate
● Other certificates - Official translation of Japanese driving license, Birth, Marriage and others
● Police certificate
● All registrations - Birth, Marriage, and other registrations related to the family register, and registrations related to the nationality such as Loss of Japanese nationality.
● Voting card application/collection

- Booking is NOT complete until pressing the "Register" button. Once it is completed, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Bookings can be made 1 day to 2 weeks in advance. You cannot book for a visit on the day. *More details can be found from 'Terms and Conditions' below.
